Vintage Cartier 18K Two-Tone Gold Diamond V Choker Necklace, 15”

A refined vintage necklace retailed by the legendary French maison Cartier, in an elegant V-shaped design crafted in 18K yellow and white gold and accented with natural diamonds.

The diamonds are natural and tested, approximately 0.6 carat in total, G to H colour, in the VS clarity range. Total weight 24.9 grams. Marked Grosse Germany, 18K and Cartier, as retailed by Cartier.

Length 15 inches. The necklace was originally shorter and was later professionally extended by the previous owner.
