Shipping Policy

At Old Soul Glow, each piece is sourced and prepared after order confirmation as part of our supplier-based fulfillment model.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery may take up to 15 business days, depending on destination, shipping carrier, and customs procedures.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the stated processing and delivery timeframes.


Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our business model and supplier-based fulfillment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

We may consider exchange requests only within 3 days of delivery, and only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The item received is significantly different from its description.

To qualify for exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging and security elements (if applicable) must remain intact.

  • Clear photos must be provided for evaluation.

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by store management. We reserve the right to accept or reject any claim at our sole discretion.

No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
