Vintage 1960s Gold Mesh and Pink Bead Cluster Clip-On Earrings, Unsigned
A rope of fine gold mesh looped around a cluster of pink beads: faceted glass crystals that flash orange-red, smooth coral-pink beads and small clear pink ones, all threaded together and wired onto a pierced gold filigree back. The kind of layered, hand-built earring that was made in the Miriam Haskell manner in the 1960s.
Small and busy in the best way: from a distance a soft pink button, up close a whole landscape of beads. They are light on the ear and sit flat, which makes them an easy daytime pair with a cream blouse or a pastel scarf.
Unsigned, in the style of Miriam Haskell. Gold-tone mesh with glass crystal beads and two further kinds of pink beads. About 1.25 in (3.2 cm) across. Clip-on for unpierced ears. Mid-century, 1960s.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition. No missing beads, and the clips are in perfect working order.
One pair only. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Care: Store separately in the pouch provided. Avoid perfume and water contact.
