A high jewelry watch by Patek Philippe, made entirely of solid 18-karat yellow gold with diamond accents and a crown set with blue sapphire. It may be unique, and it is closer to a bracelet that tells you the time than to a watch that was given a bracelet.

All components are original, including the dial, the sapphire crown and the signed 18-karat bracelet. The manual movement runs strongly and keeps excellent time, although its service history is unknown. Weight 50 grams.
