Christian Dior Vintage Ruby Red Crystal Omega Necklace and Clip-On Earrings set

A Christian Dior set from the 1980s, sold as one: a ribbed omega necklace and a pair of clip-on earrings, three pieces in all. The necklace carries an interlocked pendant where square ruby red crystals meet a circle of clear ones, a small piece of geometry resting at the base of the throat.

The mood is modernist and assured. The ribbed collar sits smooth and close in warm gold tone, and the red brings the heat. The earrings clip on, so no piercing is needed. Gold plated metal with rhinestones, each piece signed on the back.

Necklace length 36 cm, with a 2 cm extension chain. Pendant 3.5 x 1.8 cm. Earrings 2.5 x 1.7 cm. Weight 36 g, earrings 23 g.

Condition: Pre-owned, described by the seller as in very excellent condition. There are small dark specks and light marks on the plain gold reverse of the earring end bars, most visible on one earring, and fine hairline marks on the clip paddles.
