Christian Dior Vintage Blue Crystal Necklace and Clip-On Earrings Set, Gold

A Christian Dior set from the 1980s, sold as one: a necklace and a pair of matching clip-on earrings. The necklace is a fluid, gold-plated herringbone style chain that sits on the collarbone, centred on a vivid blue emerald-cut crystal within a halo of clear pavé rhinestones. The earrings carry the same blue emerald-cut crystal with clear rhinestones, framed by a polished gold-tone octagonal border.

The blue is deep and cool against the warm gold, and the flat chain lies smooth on the skin so the stone does the talking. The necklace is stamped Chr. Dior© on its fold-over clasp, and the earrings are stamped Chr. Dior© on the clips, which wear without piercing.

Condition: New old stock, never been worn, in excellent vintage condition. The gold plating remains bright with minimal signs of wear. All stones are intact and securely set, and the clasp and clip mechanisms are fully functional. The comfort pads on the earring clips look grey and slightly marked in the photographs.
