Christian Dior Vintage 1968 Signed Rhodium Plated Snake Chain Choker Necklace with Crystal Station, Germany

A choker of fine, flexible snake chain in bright rhodium, carrying a single barrel-shaped station at the front set with baguette and square crystals in three rows. Two more rows of square crystals flank the clasp at the back, so the necklace is finished whichever way it turns.

Cool, minimal and very modern for its age: this is the Dior choker to wear with a bare neckline, a white shirt, or a bridal dress, on its own. The chain lies like ribbon on the skin, and the crystal station catches the light every time you move.

Authentic Christian Dior, made in Germany, marked Dior on the clasp. Rhodium-plated snake chain with crystals of different cuts. Total length 42 cm (16.5 in) when open, chain about 1 cm wide, weight 62 g. Dated 1968.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The clasp works flawlessly.
