Christian Dior Crescent Rhinestone Necklace and Vintage Pavé Clip-On Earrings set

This set brings together two Christian Dior pieces, sold together at one price: one crescent collar necklace and one pair of vintage clip-on earrings. They are two different designs, not made as a matching pair, and each brings its own kind of sparkle.

The necklace is gold tone, its crescent set with rhinestones, some white and some grey, so the light moves across it in soft, smoky shifts. The earrings are gold-plated, their surface covered in diagonal rows of clear pavé crystals, neat and bright against the ear. The earrings are signed Chr. Dior on the backs.

The necklace measures about 16 inches plus a 2 inch extension. The earrings are approx. 3/4 inch in length by approx. 1/2 inch at the widest point, with crystals of approx. 1/8 inch. Clip-on backs, no piercing needed.

Condition: Necklace: pre-owned, with normal signs of use. It was stored for many years, is not in perfect condition and may have light hairline scratches from storage and handling. The rhinestones are some white and some grey, with the grey stones unevenly spread. The photographs show dark deposits in the recesses of the clasp, small dark specks on the back of the crescent and slightly darker spots on the extension rings. Earrings: pre-owned vintage, essentially pristine, with no visible loss or imperfections and all ear pads present.
